GUESS WHO!!!!!
yes yes....i know...im an utter and complete jackass for not keeping in touch with anyone...ive been really busy and alot of stuffs been happening(details some other time)....
finnaly got to reading round 2 weeks ago…i extended my ticket so that i could stay in dubai for an extra week...was worth it...loads of fun...and there was eid too...(sorry abeera, for not calling before I left…it was realy hectic by the end of it…a lot of things came up)
my flight to reading was the most screwd up one i have ever had the misfortune of taking, GOD DAMN BIMAN AIRWAYS!!!!!I was scheduled to leave Dubai at 06:40am on the 15th…that was the original plan anyway…certain people however persuaded me to leave on the 14th….hence I was then rescheduled to leave at 20:00 hours on the 14th….around 18:00 hours on the 14th, after ive done some last minute shopping and packing, I get a call from Biman. The flight is delayed and is leaving at 6:40am on the 15th , my original plan….so I stay up all night and got to the airport at 03:30 am….upon arrival, i find out that the bloody flight is delayed till 13:30 on the 15th….at this point i was realy REALY annoyed and my dad was furious…Apparently the delay was due to fog in bangladesh…the plane couldn’t leave the airport due to low visability. So me and my dad go back home….sleep for a bit, I say my goodbyes (again), then back to the airport…At 10:00am, 15th , I arrive at the airport…this time my dad double checked wid flight information and Biman to check if the flight was on time and they said it was…Lemme tell you, theyr a bunch of misinformed retarted idiots!!! The flights delayed till 19:00 hours!!!!
To be on the safe side, they asked me to get to the airport at 4:00pm….wich I did….and THANK GOD, the flight was on time…it had left Bangladesh and was scheduled to arrive in dubai at 18:05….Now check this out yea…..you know how they have like 40 gates at the departure lounge yea….and usually on the boarding pass it says wat gate you need to get….well guess what, the dumbassess don’t know which gate their own flight will be docking at…..
And since there were only 3 passengers who were gonna board the aircraft from dubai,myself included(it was a connecting flight coming from Dhaka) the Biman Airways ground control guy asked me to wait at Costa Coffee…3 hours in the same bloody place….cant leave cos they said theyl come get me, only they didn’t mention when!
So anyway Im escorted to the plane…to my utter despair, the plane isn’t wat you may call state of the art…Quite frankly it was quite a state!!
Whats more there wasnt any in-flight entertainment. Well I lie. There was. Only it was in fucking Bengali!!!!!!atleast they were kind enough to provide subtitles that continue to run even after the actors have finished their lines…I am actually gonna physically murder my parents for booking me on that flight. SERIOUSLY!!!
The only good part about the seating was that I got one of those emergency exit seats….amazing leg room so it was easy to sleep…and considering there wasn’t much else to keep my occupied with, that’s about all I did….hmm that’s about all I have time for right now….talk to you guys later……realy sorry for not keeping in touch....MWUAH
